We’re not sure what Dublin, and in particular Mayo fans will do with their time when the dust settles, as this has been one of the most frenzied build-ups in years.

The hunt for tickets has fruitless for many, though clearly not from the lack of trying. The JOE office has received more than a few requests for the highly sought after tickets for the big game.

We have also been inundated with pictures from near and afar and with that in mind we have put together a gallery of a sample of those sent in.

We have been sent hundreds, so the standard was set pretty high and the Mayo entries outweighed their Dublin counterparts. Here are some of the best shots that came into us.
