JOE would like to consider ourselves as highly-tuned athletic machines that are capable of running for 90 minutes non-stop. However, like every professional footballer, we sometimes fall prey to the tasty temptations that the summer holidays can offer.
There is nothing wrong with missing the odd gym session or indulging in a few more drinks, but these images of what some footballers might look like if they were overweight cartoons are terrific. Colombian graphic designer Fulvio Obregon is the genius behind these and we’re sure you’ll agree that they’re all amazing.
We’re sitting at our desk in amazement here at JOE HQ because we may have just gotten a glimpse into Wayne Rooney’s future…
