It’s the turn of the small ball to command most of the attention on this week’s episode of Game of Throw-Ins after a cracker between Limerick and Tipp at the Gaelic Grounds, a spirited performance by Offaly against the Cats in Tullamore and a closely-fought encounter between Dublin and Liam Dunne’s band of dummy men at Wexford Park.

Host Conor Heneghan is joined by Declan Whooley and again by special guest Shane Stapleton (follow him on Twitter @shanesaint), chief writer at experiencemore.ie, to talk about all the weekend’s action in the hurling and football championships and the big games to come this weekend, including a potential appearance by Barack Obama himself in the Big Brew House for Fermanagh v Cavan in the Ulster quarter-final.

As is becoming the norm already in the early days of the season, Dec had to once again answer for some horrendous predictions before both himself and Shane cast their eyes over this weekend’s games in the Football Championship.

Remember, if you’re not doing so already, you can pit your wits against all the JOE lads and fellow JOE readers as part of the JOE GAA Prediction League in association with Eircom and win a pair of All-Ireland Final tickets while you’re at it.
