The folks at Holsten’s Ice Cream shop in New Jersey do things right.
Of all the scenes the great James Gandolfini shot in his acting career, the final scene of his defining character, Tony Soprano, remains the most iconic.
That scene, and the now infamous cut to black, was shot at an Ice Cream shop in New Jersey called Holsten’s.
And as a tribute to the actor, the owners of the restaurant have put a reserved sign on the famous table where that iconic scene was shot for the entire day.
Classy, fitting and just plain brilliant.
