Richard Wilson has just hit the jackpot.
The Bangor teenager moves to London in September to begin a course in Business Management at UCL, decided to set up MillionDollarBillboard.com as a way of making a few quid before heading across the water.
Well, it’s worked – so far, Richard has made $60,000 in just a fortnight, the equivalent of £40,000.
The website sells space to advertisers for a dollar a pixel, with one millions pixels available on the site.
He says: “With the money left over I hope to build a non-profit organisation after university where I can work as a trustee, but a lot of the money I earn will go back into providing a high quality service for customers that purchase pixels, especially using the money to pick the best locations for the billboards.”
