JOE's Q&A with Life Style Sports Style Ambassadors Peter O'Mahony, Conor Murray, Ian Madigan and Dave Kearney
Munster outnumbered Leinster on the couches, but style was the real winner here.
As you might imagine, get some Munster and Leinster rugby players in a room and it soon gets competitive. JOE was on hand last week to meet up with three of Irish rugby's biggest names to talk about their personal style.
Life Style Sports Style Ambassadors Peter O'Mahony, Conor Murray and Dave Kearney were in D-Light Studios, Dublin to enjoy an afternoon of banter and inter-provincial rivalry as they battled it out in the inaugural Life Style Sports Rumble. Ian Madigan had also been due to attend but unfortunately couldn't make it on the day.
Chosen for their individual style off the rugby pitch, the Life Style Sports Style Ambassadors went head to head in a series of challenges which brought their competitive spirit to life. It was Leinster v Munster with the victors walking away with the Life Style Sport Rumble Cup.
Forget your Six Nations, Triple Crowns and the Webb Ellis Cup – the Life Style Sport Rumble Cup is where it's at, as the lads went head-to-head in Rugby Keepie-Uppies, Art Attack, Beat the Bleep and ‘Russian Roulegg’ – with one style ambassador ending up with egg on his face!
Keep a close eye on JOE.ie over the next few weeks as we'll have video highlights of all of the challenges, as well as the lad's tell-all thoughts on their rugby teammates and they reveal their perfect, pumped-up, pregame songs.
And no, before you ask, B*Witched doesn't feature unfortunately...
Whilst the Life Style Sports Style Ambassadors were showing off their skills they also rocked clothing and footwear from the new adidas Originals, Nike and exclusive 7 Grand collections. All of their looks can be shopped in Life Style Sports stores now and on lifestylesports.com.
JOE's very own Eric Lalor caught up with the lads as they talked us through their style icons, their favourite bits of kit, their best dressed team-mates and the worst fashion faux-pas they've seen around the dressing rooms.
Massive thanks to the lads, and Life Style Sports, for their time last week. Check out more on of Life Style Sports 64 fantastic stores spread across the entire Island of Ireland, or their online store at www.lifestylesports.com.
