One loyal Lilywhite really doesn’t want this piece of Dublin memorabilia.
While every county thinks they have a GAA rivalry with Dublin, its nearest neighbours Meath and Kildare are the ones who have the deepest enmity as they rub shoulders with Metropolitans virtually every day.
Like all GAA rivalries, it is usually good natured enough but one Kildare fan wasn’t holding back on their feelings when they posted this ad on Done Deal today.
After winning a signed Dublin jersey in a raffle, this unknown Lilywhite can’t wait to get rid of it, and they make sure to have a fair few low blows on the Dubs in the process.
We understand Kildare fans are very sensitive this week but surely this is two or three steps too far. We do like the ‘Justice for McGeeney’ bit though…
