Rory McIlroy has catapulted back into the world Top 10 following his record-breaking round at the Quail Hollow Championship where he claimed his first US PGA Tour victory.
McIlroy has jumped up to the number-nine spot after his amazing 62 on the final day at Quail Hollow.
The County Down star, who turns 21 tomorrow, topped the scoreboard ahead of a world-class field which included Masters Champion Phil Mickelson who finished in second, four shots behind.
