If you were told that a well-known professional footballer had acquired a pig as a pet and you were given one chance to guess his identity, who would it be? That’s right, it’s Mario.
Although he seems to be doing pretty well for himself over at AC Milan, we miss having Mario Balotelli a little closer to home in the Premier League, where we are better able to keep track of him driving his camouflaged car, struggling hilariously to put on a bib and all of his other zany antics.
Thankfully he has joined Twitter of late so we can still keep in touch with what he’s been up to, like getting himself a pet pig, who he has called Super and of whom he shared a picture on his own page today.

Having shacked up with Mario, Super now becomes the second celebrity pet pig that we’re aware of and if she turns out to be half as funny as the first one, she’ll provide Mario with plenty of laughs in the coming years…
