The continuous spell of sunshine has seen some creative swimming pools created, and this effort from Louth certainly fits the bill.
We have seen a huge amount of pools over the past two weeks, from dustbins, to dump trucks to clever use of bales and this is just another addition to the list.
We are told that Ian Callan from Ardee in the Wee County is a legend – which can only mean he is up for the craic and/or a bit of a madman.
Ian built a pool right on his doorstep which we are told is going down a treat with the neighbours and friends alike.
Some are even taking to trying a spot of pool diving, despite the rather shallow nature of the pool.
