According to reports in both Spanish sports daily Marca and German paper Bild, Jose Mourinho will be headed back to London this summer, bue he won’t be alone.
There’s been a lot of speculation over his own future recently, but he apparently confirmed to Klopp on Wednesday night (as the pair were seen sharing a joke on the sideline) that he’s headed back to Chelsea, and he’ll be bringing both Radamel Falcao and Robert Lewandwoski with him, the latter being responsible for destroying his Madrid side this week.
The Blues have had no shortage of strikers recently, but with Fernando Torres looking like a shadow of his former self and Romelu Lukaku still young and raw, the experience of Lewnadowski and Falcao at high levels of European competition can help them push on to the next level.
As for Torres, he would undoubtedly be pushed out of the Bridge, with a move back to Atletico Madrid likely to form part of any negotiations for the Colombian striker.
