Before Specsavers, before Ryanair, before Paddy Power, Nando’s Malaysia has pounced on the Luis Suarez biting incident to promote their brand.
We fully expect a raft of Luis Suarez ads to hit our newspapers and TV screens over the next few days. The usual suspects like Specsavers, Ryanair and Paddy Power are probably already working on something but they have all been beaten to the punch by the Malaysian branch of fast-food chain Nando’s.
They posted this ad on their Facebook page six hours ago and while it isn’t the funniest ad we’ve ever seen, they deserve some kudos for being so quick. They might alienate some Liverpool fans though…
