Pat the Bunny is an innocent children’s book, but we just came across a spoof version called Pat the Zombie. And innocent it certainly is not.
By Declan Whooley
In fairness to the makers, the cover does have the word adult in bold letters, but it is essentially a piss-take on the life and times of a fluffy bunny that is popular with kids.
Pat the Zombie is however a different kettle of fish to Dorothy Kunhardt's playful story, and any kid that gets his or her hands on a copy might have trouble sleeping for a long time.
The childlike drawings complemented by gruesome storylines make this a most bizarre book, and while you may never need to know how to gut a zombie, it is illustrated in the book.

We're guessing it may appeal to zombie fans, dads who are sick and tired of children’s stories or just anyone with a warped sense of humour!
