We have to admit, that’s a pretty good comeback.

In case you happened to be living under a rock today, practically all of Roy Keane’s autobiography – due to be released later this week – was revealed over Twitter and the internet after advance copies mistakenly went on sale across the water.

Amongst the numerous subjects discussed within was Alfe-Inge Haaland, who Keane famously chopped down with a vicious tackle earlier in his Manchester United career, an incident revisited, eh, vividly in Keane’s previous book, resulting in a lengthy suspension and hefty fine for the Ireland assistant boss.

In the latest edition, Keane admitted that the incident and the aftermath is not something he regrets and when Haaland’s former Norway teammate Egil Ostenstad went digging for a response on Twitter this evening, Haaland didn’t disappoint…
