We foolishly though that the seats on Dublin Bus were only for buses. How wrong we were and thanks to a JOE reader we have been set straight.

Those blue seats are recognisable anywhere, though we were under the impression that the only place they would be seen would be within the confines of a bus. Not so.
This picture was taken on the Malahide Road today and the sulky driver clearly enjoys his comforts. We don’t know how he got the seat, but he will be travelling in a little more style and comfort than would normally be the case.
Colour coordination is to the fore with blue the dominant colour so clearly a loyal Dublin supporter aswell.
