Is the RTE analyst letting his crusade against cynical tackling go? No, and he’s being bloody funny too.

You have to hand it to Joe Brolly, he’s not backing down. On Today FM yesterday the former Derry star told Matt Cooper that he was highlighting Tyrone because they were serial offenders and that Sean Cavanagh was ‘damaging his reputation’. The RTE pundit was much calmer than he was in his now infamous rant after the Monaghan/Tyrone game but he seems like a man on a crusade. He continued that mission, in a much more jokey way this time, last night by tweeting out a picture from the training session he was taking with an Under 14 side. Nicely played Joe, nicely played.
