The IRFU just tweeted a picture from their Instagram account showing Johnny Sexton giving some kicking tips to Niall Horan from One Direction. Rugby and 1D fans, steady yourselves...

Horan, donning the Racing Metro jersey, looks very focused while Sexton gives him some tips whereas Irish rugby legend, Ronan O'Gara looks relatively nonplussed in the background.

O'Gara doesn't know he's beautiful, which we guess is what makes him beautiful.
