JOE has been fortunate enough to cross paths with some of the most famous faces in the world of sport and it’s always a thrilling experience to meet some of our idols.
Having met the former Bayern Munich and Liverpool midfielder Didi Hamann we can happily say that the German international is an absolute gent and just as interesting in person as he is on Twitter.
Hamann will always have a special place in the hearts of Liverpool fans after his game changing performance in the ’05 Champions League final against AC Milan in Istanbul.
The insightful pundit, who was in Dublin to work with Setanta and RTE, seemed in great form as he happily smiled for photographs with Liverpool supporters in the popular Dublin nightclub.
