Pic: So there’s a lad paddling an inflatable boat down the Liffey this evening

Irish people have officially lost their minds due to the heat.

We’re no water safety experts but we would strongly advise whoever this fella is to get to dry land quickly before he sinks.

Snapped by Trevor Swanton this evening it shows a man in some class of a blow-up boat paddling his way down the Liffey near to the IFSC.

David Bennett also sent us in a picture of the same adventurer, and he confirmed that yes, he is moving faster than the traffic on the quays.

We don’t know if the Gardai have a special ‘Liffey’ division but if they do, we expect they are on their way as we speak.
