Is it too late to put this on the Christmas wish list?
There are so many new kit releases from football clubs these days that it’s hard to get excited about them unless they are really special, but Boca Juniors’ new retro jersey certainly falls into that category.
The jersey is yet to be made available but is being released to commemorate 100 years of the iconic yellow stripe and manages to achieve a retro and a modern look at the same time, if you catch our drift.
We’d normally be dubious about jerseys with laces on the collar but this one certainly pulls it off and we would wager that it won’t be just La Bombonera where football fans are wearing this number next season.
