An evening to connect and network with like-minded entrepreneurs and business owners.
That was the main aim of the evening but good fun was a welcome extra for all involved at the Start-up Academy information evening held at Flannerys Bar, Upper Denmark St in Limerick last Wednesday.
The evening included talks from well established business owners Niall McGarry of Maximum Media and Shane McAllister from Mobanode.
A number of exciting start-ups were pitched their business idea on the night including Bernie Kinsella of Worldbox, Hannah Wrixon from Last Minute Minders and Natalie Kind of Natalie King Design.
A large crowd gathered on the evening to get involved in the AIB Start Up Academy initiative which hopes to help entrepreneurs network with like-minded people and stay up to date with the latest information in their field.
