Picture: Daniel Sturridge hands his shirt to a disabled fan after Crystal Palace game
After a decent Liverpool win yesterday, Sturridge made himself a firm favourite with one special fan in the crowd
All too often the bad side of footballers and their unruly behaviour is strewn across tabloid newspapers, but every once in a while a really great story emerges, and this one from Liverpool's match yesterday involving Daniel Sturridge is one of them.
Sturridge played well in the game, grabbing a goal and causing headaches for the Palace defence all day, and afterwards he headed over to the crowd to give his shirt to a disabled fan in the front row.
Really like the way @D_Sturridge hands his shirt to disabled fans every week. Nice touch young man! pic.twitter.com/ca0De4zo8W

A great gesture from the man, and easy to see why the fans at Anfield have taken to him very quickly.
