Robbie Keane has been declared fit to face Kazakhstan and the Irish captain has given some blunt advice to whoever takes over as the next Ireland manager.

It never seemed to us that Trap took any shi* himself, which was perhaps his downfall, but the incumbent manager will also have to have strong will in order to succeed.
