Not one to shy away from the limelight, Robert Downey Jr. once again stole the show today at a French press conference for Iron Man 3 (that’s the French title for ‘Iron Man 3’).

The stars of the film, Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow, are currently in the middle of a world-wide tour to promote their latest flick and, with only a few days to go until release, must be bored out of their minds being asked the same questions over and over again.
At one particular French press conference today, however, Downey Jr. decided to liven up proceedings with a slightly more interesting answer, referencing his colourful past in doing so.
As Mrs Coldplay wowed and wooed the press with her attempts at answering in the native tongue, Downey Jr. was having none of it and delivered a perfectly understandable, and perfectly hilarious reason, as to why he never got round to learning French in the first place:
