The Spanish press has been talking a lot in recent days about two deals involving United, so what exactly are they saying?

Last week, Spanish sports daily Marca claimed that prolific Atletico Madrid striker Radamel Falcao would be on his way from Atletico this summer, which is no surprise given the form he’s in.
The name they linked with him though, was Manchester United, and the report went so far as to claim that they may have already made the first payment for his services.
The question, as a result, was why? They’ve got two good goalscorers in Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney, so where does he fit?
It seems the answer is in the space Rooney once occupied, as Barcelona-based paper El Mundo Deportivo are today reporting that Rooney could be headed for the exit door at Old Trafford with a one way ticket to Barcelona in his pocket.
After the recent games against Paris St. Germain, it seems that the hierarchy at the Catalan giants are getting worried that they can’t seem to score without Messi, and that Rooney, who they describe as “crazy for Barça” and in particular thinks that Andres Iniesta is “the best player in the world”.
They also mention the possibility of signing Luis Suarez given that he’d be hungry for titles, as well as Robert Lewnadowski and Mario Gomez.
The paper is also reporting that they’re willing to listen to offers for Villa and Alexis, which would clear space up front, and that they’re looking to buy Neymar too, so there would certainly be goals in that front line were it all to come true.
