Skoda hits Irish streets with the new Yeti Urban

This month Skoda Ireland gets set to launch their latest Yeti model the ‘Urban’ and JOE has some photos to whet your appetite.

The latest Skoda Yeti model, the ‘Urban’, boasts a 2.0 TDI, 110bhp engine that produces low CO2 emissions and a low annual road tax. So you can be nice to the environment even as you navigate your way through the rough and tough terrain that is Ireland.

The Yeti Urban has all the bells and whistles you’d expect from a normal Yeti. However, on top of that the Urban includes panoramic sun-roof, cruise control, 17” black-silver alloys, air-conditioning and Bluetooth hands free phone connection.

Commenting on the launch of the Yeti Urban, Head of Marketing at Skoda Ireland, Raymond Leddy said, “The Yeti Urban provides an excellent alternative to the traditional SUV.

“Not only is it far more economical both in terms of fuel consumption and road tax it now has some great new features including funky alloy wheels and a Panoramic Sunroof as standard.”
