A great bit of skill from the Ajax keeper against NEC as he shows off his technique to skin a striker.
By Adrian Collins
It’s always a dodgy moment when you see your keeper being closed down by an onrushing striker, but the lads at Ajax clearly have confidence in their man Kenneth Vermeer.
Having taken the ball on, Vermeer drops the shoulder and pulls off a lovely turn, absolutely skinning the striker, who’s probably pretty embarrassed.
Clearly, Vermeer is a keeper who definitely plays outfield at the 5-a-side games in training.
