Alessandro Del Piero was lighting up the field with a fine display as Brisbane Roar took on Sydney F.C. today in Australia, where it’s not only upside down but it’s also tomorrow already, or something. Time is weird.
Although his side lost 5-2, he was able to pull off some audacious skills when, in a moment of magic, he dribbled the ball around two players while he was already on the ground.
We suspect, in that one moment, it may have crossed his mind that he left the highest level of Italian football a little too soon. He also scored a brilliant free kick, just for good measure in the game too.
