The lads over at Stuntbear, a comedic group from Australia, have come up with an Aussie re-imagining of Star Wars – Episode IV: A New Hope and we have to say, it’s bloody brilliant.
Have you ever imagined what the Star Wars universe would be like if it was actually set in present day Australia. No? Us neither, but the lads from Stuntbear have made this epic little video called Aussie Star Wars – Episode IV: A New Bloke and it really is worth the six and a half minutes…
It parodies a lot of the more iconic moments from Episode IV: A New Hope and includes cleaver names like ‘Garth Vader’ and ‘Chewbarker’, the ‘Millennium’ Ford Falcon and even the Cantina band music in the background.
We’re not surprised at the quality of the work that the Stuntbear lads have produced as they’ve previously given us what St. Patrick’s Day celebrations might look like through Google Glass. You can check it out here…
