Most of us out there have had one of those days where nothing goes our way, and we just want to break something to make ourselves feel better.
It seems White Sox pitcher Chris Sale had one of those days against the Rangers after he had a bit of a rough outing, and when he returned to the dugout, one unfortunate cooler bore the brunt of his frustration.
