Because of how much we like Bubba Watson and all the entertainment he’s provided lately, we almost shed a tear ourselves watching this. Damn onions!
Watson returns to Augusta this week a year on from his brilliant Masters triumph, the first and only major title he’s won in his career to date.
As we know by now, Bubba is a man who wears his heart on his sleeve and the emotion of returning to the famous course got a little much for him in a press conference prior to the start of the tournament on Thursday. So emotional was he in fact that he couldn’t help but let it all out.
First the Golf Boys, then the brilliant hover golf cart, then calling Piers Morgan a pr*ck and now showing us just how much he cares about the Masters on live TV, Bubba has been a one-man non-stop source of entertainment recently and we sincerely hope there’s more of where that came from before the weekend’s out.
