Video: Christian Eriksen’s stunning strike for Spurs last night

Christian Eriksen is only two games into his Spurs career but it seems as if the Norf Landanders have quite the player on their hands.

The Danish midfielder delivered an exceptional performance on his debut against Norwich at the weekend and maintained his good form in Spurs’ comfortable 3-0 win over Tromso in the Europa League last night.

There didn’t seem to be a whole lot on when Eriksen received the ball in a static position around 25 yards from goal but he managed to grab himself a yard of space with a quick change of direction and then fired the ball beyond the reach of the ‘keeper and into the top corner.

They might have got him late, but this guy could end up being the signing of the transfer window if he keeps this up.
