There was a big shock today in London after a clearly injured Rafael Nadal went crashing out of Wimbledon in the first round, but on the other hand, Roger Federer was busy doing this brilliant piece of skill.
Nadal was gracious in defeat and refused to blame the injury too much, but it was clear he wasn’t fit to play, and we’ll certainly hear more about that in the coming days.
Federer however looks like he’s come prepared, and if he can do this when he’s just taking it easy, we wouldn’t want to be on the other end of a performance from him where he’s busting a gut.
