You may have already seen the pictures, but if you didn’t happen to be watching Countdown, here’s the video of the lovely Rachel Riley being surprised by Ryan Giggs live on the show yesterday.
The sight of the Manchester United legend presenting United fan Riley with a jersey on yesterday’s shows prompted plenty of gags about it not being the first time that Giggs has been caught with his kit off and conundrums that referenced his much-publicised off-field shenanigans, but it was Riley’s day and she certainly looked touched (steady) to have her milestone appearance marked in that fashion.
