It’s that mash-up we’ve all been waiting for, Inglourious Basterds meets The Muppets.

Some wonderful internet person has taken the climactic Hitler assassination scene from Quentin Tarantino’s 2009 war film and chopped it together with clips of Statler and Waldorf, two of the greatest (and nastiest) characters to come out of The Muppets.
As Mélanie Laurent’s Shosanna wreaks havoc on the Nazi-packed theatre, everyone’s two favourite balcony bashers are busy firing zingers into the burning crowd. It’s a strangely gripping clip to watch and some of the remarkably apt footage lines up brilliantly, especially the gun-wielding Kaiser Muppet action at the end.
