We always thought that Gilesy would never be one for trying fancy newfangled games, but he’s giving Footgolf a chance
Footgolf is the latest sport to be taking the world and our fair isle by storm, as it tests your football skills, while bringing you all the joy of trying to get a tiny ball in a hole that we all love about playing golf.
The course in question is just outside Westport, and was opened by Minister for Sport Michael Ring TD along with Johnny, both of whom gave it their best shot. No holes in one unfortunately, but they come pretty close.
