Lewis Holtby hasn’t featured for Spurs yet this season as he makes his way back from injury, but AVB might want to get him in as soon as possible after this peach for Spurs under-21s against West Ham.
The German midfielder looked impressive at times for Spurs after signing from Schalke in January but hasn’t yet been involved this season after picking up an injury while on duty with the German under-21 side.
He looked in decent nick when playing for the Spurs under-21s against their West Ham counterparts at the weekend, however, scoring a screamer off his left peg that flew into the net off the underside of the crossbar, entering the net so close to the top corner that the ‘keeper didn’t stand a chance.
