Luis Suarez was forced to call a neighbour to bring him a spare key after getting locked out of his in-laws’ place in Castelldefels, a small town situated 20km from Barcelona.
The former Liverpool striker is in Spain waiting to find out when he can be officially unveiled as a Barcelona player, given his ban from all football-related activity for biting Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup, and is passing the time with his wife, kids and parents-in-law.
This morning, after going out to run an errand, Suarez returned to discover that he had forgotten to bring keys to the house.
He was happy to pose with hangers-on out on the street while he waited to gain access.
