Mayo football songs at this stage are two-a-penny, but the boys from the capital have been far quieter on the musical front. Judging by this effort, there is a very good reason why.
Now we don’t mean to knock the lads as creating a good song is no easy feat, but there is room for improvement. Like learning the words and giving a bit more enthusiasm in front of the camera for a start!
Though the lyrics are quite something to behold.

Dublin supporters will need to start upping their game if they are to balance out the volume of songs coming from the west, but maybe they are saving their songs for Croker on Sunday week.
Mayo currently hitting all the right notes, but there is still time for the Dubs.
