Yesterday we saw Paul Scholes score a cracker of a goal for his astroturf team as they look to raise a few bob for charity, and if a 35 yard lob wasn’t enough, then he also added another strike, directly from a corner.
Scholes has been a welcome addition to the Chadderton Park Legends and we have a sneaking suspicion this won’t be the last clip we see of the ginger magician who always excelled at the offensive part of his game rather than his defensive duties.

All raised funds will go towards continuing the club’s financial assistance to orphanages in Kenya and Uganda, with one lucky bidder aged over 17 will have the chance to play alongside Scholes in an upcoming game.
