We’ve all been there, in a foreign country with little grasp of the language and the locals are chatting on at the speed of light; it’s a pretty awkward position to be in.
You know what’s more awkward? Being in that position in front of a huge crowd being question by a comedian. Yes, that’s what Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale had to deal with a recent Nivea promotion event.
The comedian, Leo Harlem, is apparently taking the piss out of Bale but JOE’s Spanish isn’t good enough to completely confirm that for you.
Have a look out for the wonderful zooming, but Bale doesn’t have an iota what’s going on…
