Earlier this week we featured a rather charming video of a dog called Trigger. The proud pooch of Roscommon man Dara Duke, Trigger was easily the most excited dog we had ever seen and his charming twirling/running performance was a big hit on the site.
So when we saw the superb Vine of Roger Johnson’s hilarious defending against Yaya Toure last night, it reminded us of Trigger’s frantic back pedalling. And, thanks to the video cutting skills of our own Peter Cooney, here’s Johnson’s defending and Trigger’s frolicking side by side, so you can compare the two, with a bit of comedy music laid over the top for effect.
Just think of the screen on the right as exactly what Toure saw as he bore down on goal…
