It’s always nice to hear how Robbie’s getting on across the pond an in an interesting piece from LA this week, he chatted about Bale, Becks and of course, the Boys in Green, on the BBC’s Football Focus.
It’s been a very productive week for the Irish captain, who scored five times in two outings for the LA Galaxy this week, so he was understandably in good form when the Football Focus crew caught up with him for a chat at the Galaxy training ground.
Robbie talked about why he feels Gareth Bale will leave Spurs – “It’s Real Madrid” – missing his old mate Becks and the importance of Ireland’s upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Sweden and Austria, where we’ll all be hoping Robbie will be on a similar hot streak to the one he’s on at the moment.
