With all the talk about his new book that’s being released this week it’s easy to forget that Roy Keane does actually have a day job to attend to.
The Irish assistant manager sat down for an interview with the FAI’s cameras where they didn’t chat about his soon to be best seller, we reckon that talk is for a later time, but Keane did offer an interesting insight into his thoughts on Jack Grealish and the upcoming qualifiers against Gibraltar and Germany.
Let’s face it, whenever Keane talks we all pay attention.
The Republic of Ireland will be taking on the minnows at the Aviva on Saturday before a daunting trip to Gelsenkirchen to face the world champions next week.
Keane seems to be in upbeat mood ahead of the double header, maybe he was just happier to have gotten some things off his chest recently.
