Winning an All-Ireland title can do strange things to a winning captain. Yesterday, St Mary’s Edenderry’s skipper went sweary. Very sweary.
Offaly school St Mary’s Edenderry swept to their first ever Hogan Cup yesterday, beating St Michael’s Enniskillen 1-16 to 0-6 at Croke Park. Understandably the young men were very excited but the St Mary’s captain might have forgotten he was being broadcast on national television as he slipped in a few words that TG4 would probably prefer to have bleeped out.
Skip to around 4.40 for the good stuff. What better way to start your Easter Sunday eh?
