The Kick Fada got us in a bit of trouble this week, but we're daring to tip our toe again with this video from the event in Bray last Saturday.
We engaged in a bit of good-nature slagging with the people of Monaghan but it backfired when a captioning error led us to include a picture of Kick Fada winner Shane Duffy that wasn't actually Shane Duffy.
The criticism came via Twitter - doesn't everything come via Twitter these days? - but we took it on the chin. And instead of brushing Kick Fada into a pile marked "Forget Forever", we're going back for more with this video from the Bray Emmets club last weekend.
Included are interviews with men's winner Duffy, women's champion Irene Munnelly from the St Ultan's club in Co Meath and Suzanne Holmes from sponsors MBNA.
And with Duffy having slammed an O'Neills through the target from 60 metres - into the wind - we're happy to give credit where it's due.
Then again, being the last line of defence for the Monaghan footballers means Duffy has had more practice than most when it comes kicking the ball out.
(And just in case anyone's in any doubt, that was a joke.)
