WATCH: This video showing ‘hand-rolled ice cream’ in Dublin is mesmerising

Tony Cuddihy

We’d happily eat 20 of these.

Caolán Cullen is a 22-year-old businessman who has started up Arctic Stone ice cream, and I think we can all agree that this is a product that everyone will love.

The video shows the ice cream being hand-rolled at -30 degrees, before it’s scooped up on what seems to be a chisel, folded up, mixed with chocolate or strawberries or nuts or whatever you’re having yourself, and served.

“I came across the concept as I traveled South East Asia last summer, and on the back of graduating from UCD decided to bring it to Ireland,” Caolán told JOE.

“Since then we have gained rapid momentum on social media, and received fantastic reviews.

“We are currently trading at our own stall in Dun Laoghaires People Park every Sunday and travelling around doing as many festivals and events as we can, the highlight of the Summer has been Electric Picnic.”
