All eyes on the Sugar Club in Dublin this Thursday evening.

After weeks and months of pitching and competing, the AIB Start-up Academy Final takes place in the Sugar Club in Dublin this Thursday evening with all 11 finalists hoping to win the coveted prize.

On the night, each start-up will pitch in front of a panel of judges for the chance to share a prize package worth €250,000, which includes a €20,000 cash injection for the overall winner and runner-up prizes of substantial advertising and marketing packages, development support, and office space.

This year's finalists will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of last year's winner, Fabien Peyaud and his company Herdwatch.

Over the last eight weeks, the academy finalists were guided through a curriculum focused on developing the skills essential to start-ups, including finance, accounting, marketing, sales, product development and more.

The finalists on Thursday are Blackwater Distillery, Brendan Joseph, Buska Ltd, Cool Bean Company, Dropchef, Leaves, Nasal Medical Ltd, Popertee, Queezybags, Rebel Chilli and Topper Technology.

There can be only one winner though. So who is it going to be?
