The now infamous Father Neil Horan was most definitely the strangest protester at the Thatcher funeral today.

Father Neil Horan is pretty well known for his protests at the Grand Prix in 2003 and the Olympics in 2004, when he probably cost Vanderlei De Lima the race after he pushed him and knocked him over.
Today, he staged another one of his protests at the Thatcher funeral with a placard that read “Thatcher was courageous and patriotic, but flawed like all politicians”.
He does, of course, believe that the world is coming to an end soon and he dances a jig to spread the message, so this would probably be considered a pretty normal day from the Kerryman.
