France are flying against Switzerland in World Cup Group E, they have killed the game as a contest as they lead three-nil before half time. They could be winning by an even greater margin but they blew it and how.
Karim Benzema, who slotted home a penalty against Honduras earlier in the tournament, had his spot-kick saved by Swiss ‘keeper Diego Benaglio but the follow up miss by former Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye is just laughable…
That’s the first penalty miss of the tournament and Cabaye’s attempt is probably the worst miss of the tournament.
